Kate Purdum

Kate Purdum is a writer, director, and producer working at the intersection of performance, history, and criticism. Her writing on film, theatre, and dance has been published by The Drama Review, HowlRound, Theatre and Performance Design Journal, The Dance Enthusiast, Teen World of Arts, and Melodrama Mag. Recent theatrical projects include original work (Collapsable Hole, Movement Research, Movement Lab @ Barnard College, The Tank, Brick Aux) as well as collaborations with The Builders Association and Object Collection. She is based in New York and Los Angeles.
